Growing up too fast!

The books I read said that sometimes babies will seem as if they grew overnight. I definitely noticed Nathan suddenly being bigger this week. His head is bigger, his face a little chubbier and his legs longer. The 0-3 month clothes that were too big for him last week and just got into rotation are now just slightly roomy. Today I noticed that he's also getting to the point where he'll have to be moved out of the bassinet soon. I took advantage of the nice weather and went out for what is probably his last stroll in the bassinet. I enjoyed the walk with my parents so much that I forgot to take a picture!

Is it strange to think that my little boy is growing up too fast? I've already caught myself saying "when he was younger" a few times already to the strange looks of people. I replayed the videos and pictures I took of him when he was just a week old and think, he's so much bigger now! I know, it's great that he's growing, I don't take that for granted at all. But sometimes I just wish time will pass a little slower so I can just treasure each of his looks, his sounds, the way he feels in my arms a bit more.
